Returns & Refunds Policy
At Hurdleys, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent service. To ensure clarity and fairness for both our customers and our business, the following terms and conditions apply to all returns, refunds, and exchanges. By purchasing from Hurdleys, you agree to this policy.
1. Faulty or Defective Products
If you receive a faulty or defective product, Hurdleys will, at its discretion, repair or replace the item. If neither option is feasible, a refund may be issued. Claims for faulty or defective goods must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
2. Products Damaged in Transit

All goods must be inspected upon delivery.

Any damage must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of acceptance and reported to Hurdleys within 48 hours.

Failure to do so may render the claim ineligible.
Once notified, Hurdleys will assess and arrange repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
3. Inspection of Goods
You are responsible for inspecting all goods on delivery. Please only sign the delivery receipt if the goods are in satisfactory condition. Once signed as received in “Good Order and Condition,” no further claims for damage or discrepancies can be made.
4. Returns for Change of Mind
We understand that sometimes purchases don’t work out. Hurdleys offers a 30-day return period for change-of-mind purchases under the following conditions:

Goods must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging.

A 10% restocking fee will apply.

All return freight/shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Custom-made, made-to-order, or clearance items are not eligible for return unless faulty.
5. Customized or Made-to-Order Products
Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or not as described.
6. Clearance, Discounted, or Promotional Items
All sales of clearance, discounted, or promotional items are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless faulty.
7. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges, whether for the original delivery or return freight, are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning items.
8. Returns Process
To initiate a return or claim, please contact Hurdleys Customer Service within the required time frame:

This policy is governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
